Accredited by the prestigious Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors, DSE Awareness is our new e-learning course designed to help staff minimise risks to their physical and mental health associated with using Display Screen Equipment (DSE) such as desktop PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones.  

 

DSE Awareness is suitable for staff wherever they happen to be working - in the office, or working remotely from home or elsewhere. 

 

Customers can choose between two versions of the course, both priced at £12.00 (VAT included) per licence:

 

• DSE Awareness provides general awareness or refresher training on working safely with DSE

​

• DSE Awareness with Self Assessment - as above, but also includes a comprehensive DSE risk assessment which learners are prompted to complete as they progress through the course.  In this way, employers can satisfy their legal duty under the DSE Regulations to carry out individual workstation assessments.

​

Both courses include additional resources such as stretching exercises and practical tips for more active working.

 

DSE Awareness was developed with our e-learning partners echo3education, and can be purchased from their website.  Volume discounts are available, and the course can also be supplied - with or without customisation - for hosting on existing Learning Management Systems.
